Fish has omega-3 which is essential for the development of brain and the functioning of heart. Additionally, omega3 is strengthens immunity, vision and memory. Eating red meat increases cholesterol. However medical practitioners generally do not restrict consumption of fish. Fish has a lot of nutritional benefits.
The Brahmins of Bengal do not consume any type of meat. At the same time, they breed fishes in the ponds near their houses. In previous times, it is not possible to have houses without ponds. The Brahmins were aware that consuming fish is beneficial for the development in their cognition and intelligence. They dug ponds in the semi urban areas around Calcutta and bred fishes in these ponds. And the Muslims believe that fish liver is the food that will be served in the heaven.

Lunch is important because we work during the day. A little juice - lime juice apple juice or grape juice before lunch is optimal for the body. Food at lunch time should be of adequate proportions. We can eat to our fill. An early dinner will help us to sleep comfortably. It has been found through studies that eating dinner with parents is very beneficial. The overweight children who ate dinner with the parents lost their body weight by 15%. This was possible because of the parents’ conditioning and supervision. Research has shown that children who ate dinner with their parents avoided detrimental habits such as drugs and drinks. Since night is mostly rest time, it is better to limit the quantity of food consumed at dinner. If we eat fruits and vegetables that we have been blessed with by nature, we will have no need to spend on tablets and medicines.
